Mistletoe is a great level for beginner wool farming as it gives out a lot of wool and can be beat using only level 2 missile and level 1 stun towers on hard mode.
Towers used: Lots of Missiles (at least level 2 upgrade), ~10x Stun (at least level 1) Time: Can take a while.
Strategy (no image available): Place a Missile Tower somewhere near the middle of the map (for good coverage), then have it upgraded to level 2 as soon as possible. Start placing more level 2 missiles pretty much all over the place except where you're going to place your stun towers. Place Stun Guns near the beginning, middle, and end of the first curve on the path, and have them set to "Strong" mode so that they stun bosses instead of regular enemies. This build will carry you through until you get more tower upgrades.
